Job description
Role: Amazon E-commerce Specialist / Coordinator
Sector: Medical Devices / Healthcare
The Mission:
At MediVena, we don’t just move products; we deliver safety. As a leader in the medical device industry with our ONE-CARE® brand, we provide critical tools - from safety lancets to glucose monitors - that healthcare professionals and patients rely on every day. We aren't looking for a "manager" who just watches dashboards. We need an Amazon E-commerce Specialist who treats our Seller Central account like a high-performance engine. If you understand that a well-optimized listing or a strategic PPC campaign can literally improve patient access to safer medical technology, we want to talk.
Core Responsibilities:
You will own the lifecycle of our products on Amazon, ensuring MediVena remains the top choice in a highly competitive, regulated market.
Seller Central Mastery: Manage end-to-end operations, from listing creation to troubleshooting suppressions and policy hurdles.
PPC & Growth: Architect and execute Amazon PPC campaigns that prioritize ROI without sacrificing brand integrity.
SEO & Conversion: Optimize listings with surgical precision. You know how to balance keyword density with high-converting copy.
FBA & Inventory: Oversee FBA workflows and inventory health to ensure our 48-hour shipping promise starts with a stocked shelf.
Direct-to-Consumer Growth: Leverage your experience with Shopify (or similar) to integrate and expand our broader e-commerce footprint.
Your Profile:
We value hands-on experience and a "figure-it-out" mentality over corporate buzzwords.
Experience: 3+ years of deep-trench experience in Amazon Seller Central.
The "Entrepreneur" Factor: You’ve independently built or managed e-commerce stores (Shopify, etc.). You understand the owner’s perspective.
Regulated Product Knowledge: Preferred experience in medical devices, healthcare, or OTC products. You understand that compliance isn't optional.
Analytical Rigor: You are dangerous with Excel. You make decisions based on data, not "vibes."
Technical Writing: Excellent written English with a sharp eye for detail. You write for humans, but you optimize for bots.
Independence: You thrive in a remote environment. You don't need a babysitter; you need a goal.
The "Plus": Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop to tweak graphics on the fly is a massive advantage.
Why MediVena?
Innovation-First: We are a privately-held, agile company that moves fast. No red tape, just results.
Global Impact: Work for a brand headquartered in Atlanta and Warsaw, supplying acute care and home health markets worldwide.
Stability & Growth: Join a firm founded on reliability and high-quality medical standards.
